Support requests may incur a charge where fault is found to be outside of the control of Apex Digital. Support Requests that are deemed to be chargeable will be invoiced in 15 minute increments at a rate of $45.00 + GST per increment. In the interest of expediency, by submitting this support request you are deemed to be giving us permission to investigate and correct the issue reported and accept that this work may be chargeable up to a maximum of 1 hour. If the work is deemed chargeable and estimated to be greater than 1 hour, we will seek your approval before proceeding. If you do not accept these terms, please contact us to discuss your request further.
